SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY/FAQs


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


When an order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. After your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be advised that all Domestic purchases are shipped via USPS ONLY. 


Standard Shipping & Processing = 7-10 Business Days


CUSTOM ORDER & Processing = 4-6 weeks 


All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.


Delivery times do not include the weekends or holidays, as USPS does not deliver on SATURDAY,SUNDAY, or any major U.S. holiday.


USPS can not guarantee an exact delivery date or time. Shipping factors include volumes of orders and the distance of the shipping address from California, our shipping location. 

If your package returns to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for delivery.


CUSTOM ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE that customized orders are exempt from the standard shipping and processing time frame of 7-10 business days. 


It will take 4-6 weeks to prepare before shipment. Please be advised that these are handcrafted and curated pieces that take time to create.


Culture and Klass strives to gain customer appreciation and we want you to be happy with your customized pieces so that you can wear them daily. 


WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when your package is ready TO BE SHIPPED VIA USPS.


On rare occasions, some orders could ship before or after estimated shipping date. (Due to factors such as weather, holidays, etc.)


ADDITIONALLY, Culture and Klass Jewelry has the right to solely define, limit, refuse, and cancel orders from a customer based on these factors: 


  • POTENTIAL FRAUDULENT OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY FLAGGED OR SUSPICIOUS ORDERS. It is possible that you could be asked to verify your identity with proof of a valid state issued identification card in order to process your order.

    Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

    Unfortunately, shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are not accepted due to identity theft issues. Also, Address changes are not permitted. If you would like to purchase, you will have to first cancel your order and repurchase with the correct information. 

     

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Unfortunately, Culture and Klass Jewelry will not cancel ANY order after receiving payment.

     

    AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and TAXES?

    Culture & Klass Jewelry  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

    PLEASE NOTE** ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. are subject to additional shipping charges and an extended shipping time frame. Culture & Klass Jewelry is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes or any other charges.


    What if my package says delivered, but I did not receive the package?


    Culture and Klass Jewelry is not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages.  We will only ship to the address you provide at CHECKOUT.


    Please use the tracking information provided by our customer service to track your package.


    If no one such as a neighbor did not receive your package, by mistake you should then file a claim with USPS using this link https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm


    CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Culture & Klass Jewelry takes pride in our customer service as we ensure your order is correct and in excellent condition prior to being packaged.


    MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED WHILE IN TRANSIT, CAN I GET A REFUND?


    Culture & Klass Jewelry  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS  to directly file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.
